Day 1 – Dhaka
On arrival in Dhaka, transfer to the hotel. Time permitting, explore Dhaka and get to grips with this vibrant city. Overnight Rosewood Hotel or similar.
Day 2 – Dhamrai Sightseeing tour of a Pottery Village and National Martyrs Monuments

In this full day tour, we’ll take you to a remote village in Dhamrai in the outskirt of Dhaka to visit a metal crafts workshop where they make brass and bronze statues in ancient lost-wax technique, and a pottery village where all of them make pottery from many of their generations.
Back to Dhaka you’ll visit National Martyrs Monument in Savar which was built to pay tribute to the people who was killed during the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. This is a tour where you can learn about the traditional life of Bangladeshi people and history of this country. It will be a long day, so be prepared when you book for this tour. This afternoon we have a Dhaka city sightseeing tour. Places of interest include the Ahsan Manzil (the pink palace), Shakari Bazar (Hindu street), Dhakeshwari Temple, Armenian church and the Star Mosque. Overnight Rosewood Hotel or similar.
Day 3 – Dhaka – Bogra
Early this morning we travel to Bogra district (210km), enjoying the rural countryside & stopping en route at anything of interest that we may see. On arrival in the afternoon, we will visit Mahastangarh, the world heritage site and famous Buddhist monastery dating back to the 3rd century BC. Overnight at Hotel Naz Garden or similar
Day 4 – The Chars of the Jamuna River
After breakfast we will drive to Sariakandi (45km) to visit the Chars of the Jamuna river. We take a boat along the Jamuna river and see how river erosion and flooding affect the lives of local people. In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Bogra. Overnight at Hotel Naz Garden or similar.
Day 5 – Paharpur
Today we will drive to Paharpur to visit this famous Buddhist world heritage site. This is the most impressive archaeological site in Bangladesh and it dates from the 8th century AD. Later in the day we will visit Natore king palace and drive to visiting puthia rajbari, shiva, Jagannat and gubinda temple the Hindu Terracotta temples in Rajshahi Overnight at Hotel Nice or similar, Rajshahi (120km) .
Day 6 – Khulna – Mongla
Early morning train journey to Khulna (approx. 6hrs). Arrival at Khulna in the early morning, and will be transferred to our boat by Car and immediately the boat will start cruising towards the Sundarbans Forest. We’ll arrive at Kotka forest area to see wild life and forest. Overnight at Kotka on the boat.
Day 7 – Sundarbans
Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country boat to see the wildlife and feel the forest from very close. After breakfast Jungle walk, etc will be offered. At around 12:00 hrs start cruising towards Kochikhali wildlife sanctuary, upon arrival Jungle walk near forest office. Bar – B – Q dinner on boat & overnight on the boat at Kochikhali. Overnight on the boat at Kochikhali.
Day 8 – Sundarbans
More activities in the forest and we will Start the return journey and on way back visit on Herbaria in the last afternoon . After dinner we disembark our boat and overnight at the Hotel Pashur
Day 9 – Dhaka – Sylhet
Drive to Jessore (65km) and fly back to Dhaka. From here we travel to Sylhet (100km), in the north east of the country, stopping en route at anything of interest that we may see. Overnight Hotel Metro International or similar. (BL)
Day 10 – Jaflong
Today drive to Jaflong (160km), one of the most scenic areas in Bangladesh, close to the Indian border. Here we can see how the local people are collecting stone, with great opportunities to see a different side of Bangladeshi life and superb chances for photography. Visit the village across the river to meet Khasia tribal people and see their daily lifestyle. Return to Sylhet and visit the shrine of the great saint Hazrat Shah Jalal. Overnight Hotel Metro International or similar. (BL)
Days 11 – Srimongal
A morning drive to Srimongal (100km). On the way we will visit (Baikka Beel) bird sanctuary We also take a boat trip in the Haor wetland sanctuary, locally renowned for its waterbirds. In the afternoon drive to a nearby tea plantation and visit the Manipuri and Khashia tribal village to know their life style, agriculture, weaving and betel leave farmer. Overnight at Nishorgo Eco Resort or similar.
Days -12 – Srimongal
Start early in the morning for a rewarding wildlife trek through the nearby Lawacharra National Park. This is the best time to observe the abundant and diverse wildlife. As one of the last remaining tropical rainforests of Bangladesh, the Lawacharra forest is Home to a large variety of rare and endangered species, the most prominent of which are the Hollock Gibbons. The small tract of dense forests is heaven for birdwatchers, naturalists and adventure seekers alike. In the late afternoon visit Madhobpur Dam (lake) surrounded by high hills. On way back to resort you find scenic beauty of tea garden, rubber garden & betel nut tree. Relaxed in the special tea stall to experienced five layer tea / green tea.
Day 13 – Dhaka
Return to Dhaka (210km). After arrival visit the National Assembly Building of the Bangladesh Parliament, time and traffic permitting. Overnight Rosewood Hotel or similar. (B)
Day 14 – Dhaka
Transfer to the Dhaka airport for your onward flight.
